Incident

Some free plan teams unable to send messages

Cause Identified

We identified repeated message sending from one of our integrations, pushing some workspaces over their messaging limits. This has now stopped, but some free-plan workspaces remain blocked while we work to lift the limit and restore messaging. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

Cause Identified

The third-party app causing the message spike has stopped looping. Some free-plan workspaces are still blocked from sending messages after being flagged for exceeding limits before the loop stopped. We're working to lift the block and restore messaging for those teams.

We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

Update

We identified that a third-party app looping unexpectedly sent an abnormally high volume of messages, which pushed some free plan workspaces over their messaging limits. We're working to lift the block for affected teams and are engaging the app owner to resolve the underlying loop. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

Investigating

We're aware that some free plan customers are experiencing message sending limit blocks, preventing them from sending new messages. This is affecting workspaces that saw an unusual spike in message volume from a connected app. We're investigating the cause and reviewing options to restore messaging for affected teams. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
