Customers may encounter errors when using Slack, with potential disruptions to message sending, channel loading, agent interactions, Slack client launches, integrated apps, Slack Lists, and Canvas.

Our teams are actively working to resolve this, and we will share the next update in 30 minutes, or sooner if new information emerges.
