Trouble with Workflow Builder, connecting to or loading Slack, and loading messages and threads

Some users may also be encountering issues logging into Slack as well as continued issues loading threads or channels, using Workflow Builder, and launching the app.
- Current status and actions being taken: We've identified one of the main databases responsible for handling specific API calls has unexpectedly reached performance limits, expanding impact to additional features such as login. We're investigating potential remediation efforts.
- Estimated time to resolution: Unknown
- Scope: A large number of API calls are returning errors, affecting a large number of users globally.
- Current impact to end users: Some users may have trouble loading Slack, running or building workflows, loading or sending messages or channels, including threads.
- Known workarounds: No known workarounds.
