Some users may also be encountering issues logging into Slack as well as continued issues loading threads or channels, using Workflow Builder, and launching the app.


  • Current status and actions being taken: We've identified one of the main databases responsible for handling specific API calls has unexpectedly reached performance limits, expanding impact to additional features such as login. We're investigating potential remediation efforts.
  • Estimated time to resolution:  Unknown
  • Scope: A large number of API calls are returning errors, affecting a large number of users globally.
  • Current impact to end users: Some users may have trouble loading Slack, running or building workflows, loading or sending messages or channels, including threads.
  • Known workarounds: No known workarounds.
