Update

We've identified the root cause and determined it's related to a backend database syncing process. We're making a change and rolling out a fix.


  • Current status and actions being taken: We've redirected traffic away from the problematic database and are working to implement a change that resolves the issue.
  • Estimated time to resolution: Within 20 miniutes
  • Scope: Small amount of users globally
  • Current impact to end users: Some users may experience issues connecting or loading Slack, including Workflows.
  • Known workarounds: None at thist ime.


We'll continue to provide updates every 30 minutes until the impact is resolved for all users.
