Update

JUST FOR TESTING - Our engineering team is implementing a solution to alleviate customer impact. Search requests may fail intermittently, but we hope to see signs of improvement soon. We are continuing to monitor and will provide more updates as we have them.

Update

We are continuing to investigate an issue with customers being unable to use the search feature as files, messages and channels searches are not showing results. This is also preventing admin dashboards from loading correctly. We'll provide an update with more information as soon as we have it.

This isn’t a real incident — just testing the subscription feature using real data.
Multiple customers may be experiencing issues with search not returning results. We are investigating and we're very sorry for the disruption. We will share more as soon as we have it.
